well considering historically good games all universally get going within 5 minutes, it's really not that crazy of a leap of logic. 30 minute tutorial? game for casuals, not gonna be good, can be dismissed. 30 minute story exposition? game for illiterates, not gonna be good, can be dismissed. can't get into a lobby in less than a minute? game for retards, not gonna be good, can be dismissed.
