Aight, the audio matched after the OP again and I actually had some chuckles while watching this episode. Pleasantly surprised. Also, apparently Steven jumped over a hole with Pikachu, Meowth and a 7 year old child clinging onto him. Fully convinced that drawing is accurate now.
Moving on to the main part:
2nd Stanwick mention: Max & Meowth walk through a tunnel and talk, Max mentions Steven and explains who he is after Meowth prompts him

>Max: Syn pana Stanwicka, prezydenta korporacji Devon.
3rd and last Stanwick mention: Brock after Steven sends Team Rocket flying, saying "Stanwick was right"

Steven wasn't addressed by his full name in this dub, either, and the word "Stone" as a last name for Joseph was never muttered.

I found it interesting that they translated "Devon Corporation" in this episode, instead of using the English term (pronounced English as well) like they did in Joseph's episode. Joseph is also "prezydent" and not a "prezes" this time. I'm not native so take this with a grain of salt, but judging by some rough research, "prezes" is the correct way to address a president of a company in Polish. Perhaps this episode's translation was handled by someone else, without having the context of the former one connected to it. I'm mentioning this because I'm really curious how "Stanwick" managed to slip into the one episode where Joseph had no lines and was only spoken about, if that's the case.
