I started gym 3 times a week a month ago and I'm seeing some minor gains and feel quite better overall
but I can't get the dieting thing going, I can't give up snacks, sodas etc, cheesy food is one of the core pleasures of being human, giving it up or even curtailing it is simply wrong, I'll just stick w my regimen and see what happens
