Is this fine? I previously have around 20% and didn't encounter any problems with Cia and Aerover team. Getting 2 crit rolls with ER is so dog

I just burned 3 days worth of 1 cost HP echoes and not a single crit roll at level 5 and 10. I feel that this echo RNG is rigged against the current active banner.
