How about instead of being like shitular and just grabbing random logs and applying random numbers to them I actually do some testing?
Here's 4 characters that went through 10 runs of story mode gallywix each. 5 runs with my brain and hands, 5 runs with one button rotation.
I ran 2 arms warriors, one being my main that I have pinks, purple, and orange parses across the board for both overall and ilvl bracket. The second warrior is a rerun I did on a different character because my main was killing the boss right at the 3 minute mark just before CDs came up, and I wanted to make sure it wasn't skewing the data.
The second class is a destro warlock alt that I've played in delves and a few normal pugs, nothing significant. I'm familiar with the rotation, but by no means know it in and out.
The third class is a shadow priest. A spec I have literally never played. I had no idea what I was doing, I just copied the meta single target talent build and based what I did off pure intuition. No guides, no looking up how to play it, anything like that.
In all 3 cases I beat the single button rotation, from class I have down to a T to spec I've literally never played in my life and had to learn on my own as I was killing the boss. You will not be out DPSing 75% of wow players with this garbage, the dumb mick just doesn't understand that rank 1 parses are luckshitters that RNGd their way into the upper end of their DPS variance on a good pull, and seems to conveniently forget that the bottom 30% is mostly just players tanking the floor for half the fight.
