Those portraits aren't good. None of them fit the game. The faces are too pretty for Warhammer (not to mention incredibly generic, like you took a thousand pretty faces and averaged them), and the smudged fake-painted style hides the baroque details of their clothes and jewelry. And the chairs don't have enough skulls.
I have no ability to stop you from using them, but I can't imagine how anyone could see them as an improvement over the stock portraits.
