Qwen is China's best comeback from the Mogao disaster. The model may be slopped, but we finally have something that is kino at art/anime out of the box. Though it does not seem 4o tier yet since its architecture is not autoregressive, it definitely is better than HiDream, and seems to be better than Mogao. Unfortunately its requirements are quite steep, but a quant should fix that. If it's really good then QLoRAs/DoRAs might actually become a thing for imagegen, but given the images I'm seeing unfortunately it'll probably need a realism tune, as well as an NSFW tune. Not what you'd want out of a model that can barely be finetuned in the first place. Unless that or Wan gets a really good tune, Chroma will still be the most relevant realism/NSFW model for years to come.
