Strawman is when you say "only hitlers read marvel comics" or something similar. Barely or not tangently related to what was being said.

If you're trying to say an ad hominem (fallacy), then it's still wrong, because it's literally true that comics had porn proportions for decades. So he can accuse you of not reading comics without it being a fallcy, because he's not using that insult to back up what he's saying.
