How is "8 point snapping movement is bad" and "rolling doesn't work" pedantic

Also Mauler showed like 1/100th of the fucking retard ganks encounter in the fucking game. His point is that there are too many to count, and having played DS2, there are indeed too many to count. It's not the worst of DS2, the 8 point movement and rolling not working is arguably the worst, the horrendous level design is another issue, the infinite healing item another one, etc... but yeah, there are hundred of ganking encounter in DS2.

Most of them mindless. Most of them absolutely retarded. Demon Souls, Dark Souls 1, Dark Souls 3, Bloodborne, fucking Elden Ring, none even dipped into that well of ganking DS2 throw you into casually.

DS1 was made with soul. DS2 is made with non-working mechanics, and spite toward the player, and the overall design "people like difficulty, so in that hole in the ground I'll hide 55 titans". How is that even in question? Just play the damn games. DS2 is almost unworkable as a product.
