This is more of a on your own issue but absolutely practice backing of all kinds you will be put in shit situations and whether you get out on your own or towed out or have the police stop traffic for you is entirely dependent on how much you practice. Any free time, throw that shit in yard move or off duty move if possible and back anywhere any way you can.
I'd also suggest sleeping pills if you're a light sleeper as some nights will be harder to sleep and you will need the help pic rel is what I use but dont take em every night or else you'll grow dependent on them and you're fucked then
