Not only is the obsession focused on shallow aesthetics, simply taking Dutasteride would prevent any body hair, balding, or beard growth anyways. For what purpose is the rest? Assuming you continue your aesthetics argument, its quite clear that this is no different than other aesthetic-based surgeries like botox or hair transplants.
