I disagree, because they are one and the same. The definition of fascism is remarkably narrow, and Super Earth doesn't tick most of the boxes. Autocratic? Nope. Progressive Nationalistic Reformism? Nope. In fact, the only real aspect Super Earth shares with fascism is corporatism. The best joke is realizing the developers are guilty of doing something they're satirizing: Calling things fascist that don't even qualify.
