It's really hard to see because the liquid it's in is the same refractive index as the proteins. I drew a rough outline around it in green and labeled the approximate location of the digits to help with context. All the muscle and skin is still fully intact, but only the bones are slightly opaque and there is a small amount of residual myoglobin that wasn't fully bleached, which is the light brown pigment.
