It's a max bloat collecta-thon that apparently touches everything imaginable with a nonsensical premise. I don't understand the appeal but if that's what someone likes, it's definitely the mod for them. The severe reach of it means there's a lot of compatibility issues but I'm assuming it's relatively well patched.
