League would be quite nice as an rts, but i think they won't do it because they can't sell skins on it (or they will but will eventually devolve into a visual mess), i suspect they might have a difficult time balancing out the game too because they tend to give game breaking features to things with lack of testing and actual reasonings behind their decisions. However it will have more civilizations than just the 3 wc3 had and strong ones at that.
