Remember how Flawless showed Twilight how she escaped her death in the Shattered Harmony video? Flawless' Shroedinger's Death is where the split happens. In one timeline she's alive, and in another timeline she's dead. In the timeline where she's dead, Trixie leaves and doesn't come back, which is why she isn't in the stallion videos. In the timeline where Flawless is alive, Trixie comes back to save her boo.
