I have an early version of Windows 10 and an intel i3 with built in UHD Graphics 630 built in from 5 years ago that can output 60hz at 4k to my Samsung TV that is capable of HDR. I Tried enabling HDR and playing a HDR movie on latest MPC-HC and it was slow and glitchy. Not quite maxing out performance monitor but close.

Is there any chance I don't need to upgrade my computer to play downloaded 4k HDR movies and I should just try upgrading to the latest version of windows 11 clean install and maybe it will work better/right? I heard 10 has issues with HDR. Thanks a bunch. Oh, would you please reccomend a custom win 11 activated iso from a reputable scene that is good for an HTPC I just want to watch TV on and downloaded 4k HDR torrented movies. Thank You!
