If I were dead set on a Dyna (and had money to burn) I would buy a regular Low Rider from the dual disk years. 14" shocks on the rear, +1 or +2" fork tubes up front, True Trac kit, usual brake upgrades like stainless lines etc, pipe + tune, then do whatever you need to do with the seat, controls, and bars situation. The problem with that is by the time I'm done I could have bought a VStrom 1000 AND a 450 supermoto play bike.
