I just started my Master's in genetics. I want to get a PhD and then develop or contribute to the development and acceptance of genetic modification in human beings. Medically, specifically, at least to start.

As a pet project, I'd like to develop or contribute to the development of gene-therapy based cosmetic alterations. Something like a viroparticle mediated topical scalp treatment that changes hair color. Set up a home laboratory, play god a little. The lab I'm working in has some strains of immortalized human follicle-producing cells in the freezer but I don't think they'd like it if I took them out to play with them, haha.

Also, I want to fall in love.
