I would basically use one of my spare windows computers, install a full tunnel vpn and go to singapore cuz i know that one works

can give me your steam sign in through discord or something and ill just sign in add and I think you have to like install and launch the game atleast once on vpn then it should be good

but i also think you have to log out of steam completely on your computer first, make sure to try and stop steam from starting at start up
