I get the impression that they're "bug testing". It's the equivalent of "jump into this wall for half an hour to test the collision" except they're "showcasing" bugs to the public in their "review" instead of playing the game normally. They repeat it multiple times so they can shit on the game and go "see? SEE? Consistent bug!"
