Yes and no.
In the webcomic, Saitama slams the door in Flash's face twice, first as soon as he appears (cutting his text balloon) and then again when it looks like he's going to follow him.
In the manga the same things happen, but for some fucking reason they preemptively spoil the gag by having Fubuki appear before Flash and Saitama slamming the door in her face the same way.
