Hey guys I'm a Dark Souls 3 veteran and today I'm playing Elden Ring for the first time. I defeated Margit and now I'm debating whether to proceed to Stormveil Castle or explore some other areas and grind a bit first.

Any advice on what I should do next? Are there ANY missable NPC quests or unique limited items I should be aware of? I really hate getting locked out of stuff and having to wait until NG+.
