Dark Eldar raid for fun too, not only because of Slaanesh. They were acting like this before this Chaos God and will continue to do so even after it's destroyed. They are all fedora tippers anyway, save for Incubi which are just edgy Aspect Warriors.
Corsairs are Deldar lite in a way. Like all Eldar they are post scarcity society so they don't actually really need anything, but they will raid for fun, to claim cool trophies, to show how badass they are and to build their legend etc. Some may be former Commorrites anyway.
This is why hypothetical Eldar crpg like RT/DH with Eldar would most likely be about being a Corsair Prince, since then you could make your character be a former Craftworlder, Deldar, Exodite etc similar to how Origins work here and then have companions from each of those factions.
