step 3: hope it drops the right set, because ofc each echo can drop as multiple sets
step 4: use xp to level it up
step 5: use an extra item, echo tuners, to reveal the stat
step 6: do step 4 and 5 FIVE TIMES PER ECHO
step 7: do step 4-6 for 5 echos PER CHARACTER
