What's the issue? They're just an Army regiment and Army was divided into Guard and Navy. They're no different than any other regiment. Just because SA got special rules in 30k doesn't change that. You'll have to do some converting for various special weapons (or find recasts of the old kits that came with certain weapons), but that's about it.

SA got the best HWT alternatives, you just need to do a little tweaking on the weapons.
