The legion specific parts of the book feel empty, unfinished and hollow
Like what's the point in having allegiance other than having access to certain characters? There's zero loyalist or traitor specific legion anything (except Legiones Hereticus for EC and WE,but that's not what I meant). They easily could have given us once per army prime traits that can go only on high command that act as De facto warlord traits, give loyalist and traitor detachments or gambits or even advanced reactions
But we got nothing, nothing at all

And that's not even mentioned the gutting of cybertheurgies,Knight household ranks and Auxillia Cohorts and many other things
