The mod footage looks like it's a modified Tour (part of the DLC), but I'm not sure if it'd actually be locked in the mod itself if its seperately differently.
Traveling itself was made a part of the patch, and so are included in the base game. Going to (basic) feasts, hunts, and pilgrimages now involves having your character traverse across baronies to get there, encountering repeated events, then waiting for people to arrive before going through the events.
