No, I'd rather follow God. I don't like what I see in most people following a way contradistinct from how I perceive God's will for humanity. Life isn't about goals, lookmaxxing, or self-serving lounging. It's about helping your fellow man who is in need and going to the depths of suffering to help and rescue people and offer good works of kindness. Most people don't follow this in life and even those that do, only do so superficially without actually interacting with God and listening to His will for them which is to suppress your individuality and put others before yourself in self-sacrifice.
