I can, because I have multiple African friends myself unlike libtards, and I look at statistics and history in order to continually refine my ethno-politics. Something is not true or false simply because it's taboo or it's labeled as 'racist' or 'discredited' or whatever other stupid fucking bullshit that these mainstream institutions come up with in order to prevent another Nazi Germany-like scenario. Every black person outside of Africa would return to Africa immediately if they knew their people were exactly the same, since they would create something equal or even better than the West within a few years. This is not to speak of individual excellences within a group, since that's very self-explanatory. There are other metrics than IQ too, such as average reaction time, brain size, inventions per capita, etc. etc. etc.
I'm not going to say here that education and environment doesn't play a role, since obviously Ashkenazi jews would not be nearly as successful as they generally are today if environment and education were irrelevant. They're not irrelevant factors.
