Pretty much yeah, dude had a bunch of clones of himself made in case he died. Unfortunately for him his clones wound up getting sabatoged by one of his last remaining bodyguards. So he now has to corrupt Luke so that he could he steal his body for himself. TRoS wound up taking most of the plot of Dark Empire and made it worse.
