A message for zoomers who work in restaurants:
You need to put more cleaning fluid or soap in the mop water when you mop the floors. Every restaurant I have been in for years has had a greasy, slippery floor. This is because there isn't enough cleaning fluid in the mop water. You're not getting the grease up.
It's similar to when lids aren't put on drinks properly. It's a limp-wristed approach.
