The disintegration cannon looks the best on that dreadnought but it seems like the worst option. If it misses it overheats and if it overheats it seems a pretty good chance of blasting a chunk out of the dreadnought. With 2 shots it can really go wrong (which it will, eventually, and probably quickly).
That grav gun will probably end up being the best with the forced pinning
