I'm still kinda floored by how badly NoP was fucked up. Like, they messed up some things, then invented new bullshit, then fucked those things and the rest of it up too, then maintained doing this for a million chapters finding new and inventive ways to extend the ruination of what could have easily been a five chapter long silly meme story about herbivore aliens being terrified of humans.
It's like if that Simpsons bit where Homer falls down a cliff repeatedly lasted the entire episode.
