I just moved into a new place and so I haven’t lifted in two weeks since I’ve been super busy packing and driving and unpacking. I also haven’t ate as much as usual and dropped 8 pounds.
When I do workout next should I do it at lower weights than I usually do my routine or just go right back into it?
