First I wanna say your hair looks really good. Shape wise there is a ton of advice out there but after experimenting I find that none of them are very relevant on their own. You need to experiment and see what you like on your own. I've got large shoulders and I've heard a lot that you should avoid tops that emphasize shoulders like puffed or padded shoulders but it's not that big of a deal. In the end I kinda like wearing tops with a large top opening and I'm not a fan of small openings or turtlenecks but I still wear them in the winter. For the bottom (shape wise) I'd go for a wide leg pair of pants, because that's the only thing with volume you get access to as a guy.
Before transitionning I used to gravitate towards fits like pic related. Also some accessories like rings, chains ...
I recommend thrifting a lot of different things if you can, selling what you don't end up wearing so you can try as much things as you can and see what works and what doesn't. Don't invest too much in clothes yet.
