Much cheaper (naked raptor is the same cost) and with bespoke equipment (including AA). But look at the difference in special rules. Raptors score and provide debuffs, dawnbreakers just protect themselves.
Dawnbreakers also have no utility, they fight what they fight only one way, while raptors can be kitted out for specific tasks.
