Eh I think shota is more of a state of mind. I've seen 15 year olds that look like 11 year old boys and I've seen 12 year olds that look like 45 year old men. Obviously there's a hard cutoff between shota and barely legal twink. But I think it's more of a spectrum than many shotacons think. Me personally, I don't really discriminate when it comes to age. I see the value in adult twinks and older baras, too.
