sure (although I would expect the organ piano to be in the early concept arts, considering its fairly important role in the CH4 Dark World), but then if you remove the supposed correspondence between the concept art and the final result, you're left with literally no evidence that that "leak" was real.
also I found this pic in the archives, which shows that the handwriting isn't the same as Toby's.
