Female humans tend to be Ki Blast Super specialists (only Female Saiyans outpace them in that regard), doubling down on that lets you do some pretty significant damage. They also have some decent combo strings so it's not a bad idea to invest in basic attack, plus like male humans they get some bonus damage at full Ki and have passive Ki regen. You can reset stats via Shenron if you need to switch things up. Do note that their unique Awakening is Power Pole Pro, which changes your combo strings and movement options. It's actually a very usable skill but it takes a lot of effort to really get good at, and the benefits it gives might not sound as appealing as Potential Unleashed or Beast.
