not really, i just lost 50lbs fasting 5 off 2 on.
i was a fatty as a teen and i worked out to lose the weight but that was absurdly hard and took 4 years of swimming, biking walking miles every day + weight training and a "proper diet"
its bullshit, all that shit is for is maintaining weight, it's not going to get rid of your man tits, you need fasting and low carb/calorie deficit diet, then and only then will all that exercise actually start to count
