I'm trying to make the perfect sandwich. I want to take one bite and be absolutely blown away by how good it is. Nothing is off the table (sous vide, smoking, pickling, whatever) How do I best achieve this?
Some of my incomplete working ideas are:
>Lechon, crispy pork skin, fig jam, tomatoes + arugula, provolone
>Jamon iberico, roasted green peppers, sweet cherry pepper relish, garlic aioli, fresh mozzarella
>Ribeye (cooked bone-in sous vide), mushrooms, red peppers, provolone
I humble myself before you fags, please help me discern the best one and perfect it. Even if I have to plan the execution a week in advance. I want to be thinking about this sandwich long after it's gone.
