I let everyone down especially my family and friends. Whenever I am on a drunken state, I just think about my regret and then cry like a little bitch I am.
I try to end myself since I'm worthless, but my older sister's kids prevent me from commit suicide.
How can I stop this endless cycle of self humiliation?
