Anyone ever play the netrunner android card game? I always thought something like that would make a good roguelike.

>each time you jack in, it manifests as a dungeon
>based on the type, ICE can either manifest as bosses or mobs that you must defeat, or as puzzles/obstacles that you must overcome
>instead of getting loot, you steal software that you can install on your rig to gain new abilities
>you can also steal money from corporate bank accounts and use it to buy new hardware for your rig, which might manifest as improved movement speed or attack damage when you’re netrunning
Anyway, there’s my million dollar idea. I’ve kept it in my head for years but I’ve finally accepted that I’m too dumb to be a game dev, so maybe someone else will make it.
