Purely design and concept wise I genuinely think its unmatched. Kuroboshi is an amazing artist that fits the theme of Foreigners really well. You would think one artist being so much of a single class might be damning but no, hee did 4 different designs that all work wonderfully together and separately.

Gogh and Voyager are both some of the most soulful servants in the entire game, Goghs art is gorgeous and Kibadori's style melds with the actual Gogh art used in game wonderfully.

Kukulcan is so cool and pretty. One of those designs that stands out a mile. Her final ascension art sells her so wonderfully. That view of her from behind with that smile on her face, as she looks back you and shows you this view from space that only she can show you.

All the others are great. There really isn't a single dud.
