She's a comfort card that gets more value the better your cards are, maybe she'll see some use now. I think she's mostly ignored because Aoharu is gonna make her hard obsolete. In turn int is given too much attention on global while it was mostly a dump stat until Seiun Sky came out and of course the Int Nice Nature right before Aoharu, the sashi must-have at the time.
