Also helps that Sonic is like, Sega's only kid friendly IP to break the mold here in the West. Like the biggest Sega IPs are Yakuza, Sonic and SMT/Persona, and only one of these has E rated games. Puyo still gets around, but characters like NiGHTS and Billy Hatcher are sadly dead.
