Normal keyboard %s don't really apply to dactyls. If you just mean adding an F-row then the problem is the keys get too close together. Even on the numrow I've had to modify the code so that the ring finger keycap on the top row doesn't collide with the case. Picrel shows before on the left & after on the right.
