okay for my EPIC AU which has a bunch of disordered writing i won't subject everyone to yet, here are the main roles:
>Jevil <> Kris
>Spamton <> Susie
>Seam <> Berdly
>King <> Napstablook
>Queen <> Maddy
>Lancer <> Mettaton (in the "Undertale" parallel, Lancer would be a mix of Evel Knievel and a classic cartoon action hero)
>Nacarat Jester (monk who fights with a slapstick/scepter) as Ralsei
>Swatch <> Catti (cats swap with birds in general, FRIEND might look more like Reaper Bird)
and then...
>Rouxls or Tenna <> Noelle

now, I can see Jevil baiting Rouxls or Tenna into subjecting Seam to a horrible fate. I can see toxic "ex business partners" for whatever Susie and Noelle will be. the thing is:

>what fits Darkner Noelle better?
>a shy-looking doormat who actually instigates creepy scenarios and looks for secrets like canon Noelle does in video games?
>a stop-motion Rankin-Bass animated reindeer that's a big reference to old holiday and fairy tale cartoons (Susie was an edgy Newgrounds Flash animation who appealed to her love of creepy things)

also, if Lancer is the Mettaton equivalent, Susie's "NEO" form is based on his discarded dream, while their "Tenna" equivalent would have to fit the trio...
