Okay and? Wtf is that info supposed to do for me? Its not going to make me feel emotions like the actual main content of the game. It doesn't actually tell any meaningful narative. Its empty text unless its attached to content, especially when you consider that from the artistic perspective, the (competant) author is keeping track of what player knows about the setting and what likely, non-schizoid predictions and gut feelings they have, to actually deliver impact for the story when the real truth is revealed. Basically, you are trapped in Tobby's Plato's Cave and are trying to come up with lore theories as to why shadows on the wall exist.

We see susie spending time with Kris and lancer and ralsei, and are given reasons why she actually likes them. We're given a picture of what she likes and how she acts
We get an extended sequence with noelle and kris, and then we see her interacting with kris and with her dad. We get a picture of chemistry and teasing which is clearly still there, even if noelle claims it's only how they used to be. Noelle even has her "it's not fair" line at the end which is ridiculous ship bait.
And then susie and noelle get together and the writing goes to shit:

What you see in-game is just what Kris see themselves as (cool and mysterious so it's OK to snack all day and not even try to be friends with anybody)

With Noelle, there's none of that. For starters Noelle only even began to talk to Susie at all by the time the job to mellow her out was already almost completely done, and she had no hand in it whatsoever. Then Susie alters her attitude and stance just to fit Noelle's, but it doesn't feel like she's evolving, getting over character flaws. It just feels like Toby is forcefully molding her on the spot to fit the scene. And Noelle doesn't evolve whatsoever through it, Noelle starts the game saying she's got a crush on Susie, and she's gonna get a date with Susie. No bumps, no misunderstandings, no plot twists, the worst is just a disapproving mother (who Suselle fans are just accusing of being homophobic even though homophobia is clearly not a thing in this setting and she's just pissed off she caught the town delinquent in her house with no prior warning fiddling with her missing daughter's guitar). That's just the most boring kind of romance.
